This 500 Casino review asks the questions a careful player would before depositing: who runs the site, which licence it shows, what it offers, how money and skins move, and where the risks are. 500 Casino is one of the oldest names in the skins scene. It began in 2016 as CSGO500, a CS:GO raffle and Wheel of Fortune site, and has grown into a crypto casino with a sportsbook, thousands of slots and its own originals.

500 Casino is run by Perfect Storm B.V., registration number 150536, at Korporaalweg 10 in Willemstad, Curaçao. The terms name CSGO500 and 500PLAY as brands of the same project. Payments and operational support are handled by Nine Yards Limited, registration HE407807, in Limassol, Cyprus.

The licence is from Curaçao. The current homepage text says 500 Casino is licensed and regulated by the Government of Curaçao under OGL/2024/1354/0882, the numbering used by the newer Curaçao Gaming Authority. The terms, last updated in March 2023, still quote the older master-licence number 8048/JAZ2021-088. The footer carries a Curaçao Gaming Authority seal; when we fetched its links outside a browser they did not resolve, so we have not confirmed the entry on the register ourselves.

The people behind Perfect Storm are not publicly named, and we name no individuals. Curaçao oversight is lighter than a UK or Malta licence, so a player's routes to escalate a dispute are limited.

The Wayback Machine first captured csgo500.com in March 2016, under the title "CSGO 500 - High Tier Raffles". It later called itself a CS:GO skins gambling site and, by 2021, "CSGO500 - Wheel of Fortune". In July 2016 Valve sent cease-and-desist letters to 23 skin sites over commercial use of Steam accounts, and CSGO500 was one of them; it signalled changes rather than closing. The US skin-gambling lawsuits of that year named other sites, not CSGO500.

The 500.casino address appears from August 2021, and by January 2022 csgo500.com carried the 500 Casino name. The old domain was never dropped: csgo500.com is still one of the ten official aliases. The full story is in CSGO500 is now 500 Casino.

The homepage description says 3000+ slots, the loading screen says 4000+ casino games from 74 providers, and recent reviews count more. The fair summary is thousands of slots from dozens of providers. Names listed by reviewers include Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, Push Gaming, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Big Time Gaming, Habanero and PG Soft. There is a 500-branded Pragmatic Play slot, 500 Rush.

NetEnt games carry their own country block list in the terms, including Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Sweden and others, so the lobby you see depends on where you are. 500 Casino also runs a live RTP page. The house games are the part of 500 Casino that goes back to its CSGO500 days. The site lists Wheel of Fortune, Roulette, Crash, Dice, Plinko, Plinko Battles, Mines, Towers, Keno, HiLo, Duels, Baccarat, CS2 Cases, Case Battles and Bonus Buy Battles.

Some detail from the site's own game descriptions:

• Wheel of Fortune has 54 segments paying 2x, 3x, 5x or 50x, and the site puts its return at around 96%.
• Roulette is the CS-style red, black and green wheel: colours pay 2x and green pays 14x, with a 20-second betting window.
• Dice lets you set a win chance from 1% to 98%, paying up to 9900x.
• Plinko runs 8 to 16 rows across four risk levels, up to 2000x.
• Towers pays up to 35,354x on Hard; Keno up to 10,000x on its Extreme mode.
• Duels pits two to four players against each other with a fixed 5% rake.
• Cases carry a 10% house edge built into their prices.

The sportsbook covers live and pre-match football, basketball, tennis, MMA, ice hockey, volleyball, American football, baseball, golf and horse racing, plus CS2, Dota 2 and League of Legends. There is an event (bet) builder and sportsbook challenges, odds in decimal, fractional or American format, and no live streaming reported. The supplier is not named publicly. Bonus balance cannot be used on sports, and the book is closed in Israel, Singapore, the US and Latvia. 500 Casino also ran its own CS esports team, "500", from 2022 until it disbanded in January 2026. 500 Casino's balances include BTC, ETH, LTC, BNB, USDT, USDC, TRX, BCH, XRP, XLM, EOS, SOL, DOGE, AVAX, MATIC and ADA, and reviewers list the same sixteen deposit coins. The cashier asks you to choose the network for tokens such as USDT and warns that it must match.

Balances are separate by design. Each crypto deposit sits in its own coin balance and can only leave in that coin or as skins. Skin, fiat and voucher deposits go to the MAIN balance, which can be withdrawn in any coin or as skins.

Fiat deposits run through cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfers and regional methods depending on country. Withdrawals are crypto or skins: the help centre says there are no direct real-money withdrawals. Minimum deposits are about $0.60 for crypto, about $3 for card-type payments and about $0.30 per skin. 500 Casino's help centre says all crypto withdrawals are instant: a withdrawal shown as "Queued" has already been sent and is waiting for network confirmations, and a small share flagged for review takes longer. The network fee comes out of the amount you receive; free withdrawals are a VIP perk.

Before any withdrawal you need account Level 1 and a previous deposit, and the deposit has to be played through. Bonus balance converts to MAIN at most at ten times the original deposit, up to $10,000, and free accounts that never deposited are capped at $600. Every bet earns XP, and XP sets your level. Below Level 500 you are unranked; from there twelve tiers follow in steps of 100 levels, from Silver at 500 to Supernova at 1600 and above. Instant rakeback runs from Level 0 and can be claimed at any time, with the rate rising every 100 levels. Higher tiers add Friday reloads, a mid-month bonus, lossback from Silver, free withdrawals, a VIP host and a birthday bonus from Emerald. 500 Casino advertises a Rolex for every player who reaches Level 1200.

• Sweden. Spelinspektionen banned Perfect Storm B.V. on 2 November 2023 for offering 500 Casino to Swedish players without a licence.
• Valve and skins. CSGO500 received Valve's 2016 cease-and-desist letter, and skin gambling remains in a grey zone under Steam's rules.
• Complaints. On Trustpilot the csgo500.com profile is reported at about 3 out of 5, with complaints about locked accounts, withdrawals after deposits and bans without clear reasons, alongside praise for fast crypto payouts. These are single, unverified accounts.
• Terms clauses. No refunds for losses, including misclicks or latency; rejected bets are never credited; accounts dormant for four years are forfeited; unclaimed prizes and VIP rewards are voided after six months; and 500 Casino may limit bet sizes to remain profitable.
• An older licence number still sits in the terms beside the newer one on the homepage.

500 Casino suits a player in a permitted country who trades CS2 or Rust skins, wants originals with roots in the skins era, and prefers rakeback that can be claimed at once rather than locked. It suits you less if you need fiat withdrawals, want a stronger regulator, or would be put off by the Swedish ban and the complaint record.
